📦 Return Policy & Product Restrictions

Because our products are fulfilled by Zazzle, the following return rules apply:

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Face Masks & Face Shields For health and safety reasons, these items are final sale.

Embroidered Products (Stitch Files)

  • Embroidered items may be returned within 30 days.

  • Refunds for stitch‑file conversion fees must be requested within 10 days of receiving your embroidered item.

  • If you uploaded a stitch file without ordering a product, you must request a refund within 10 days of the file being added to your Zazzle “My Images” library.

  • 🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

    If your item arrives damaged or defective:

    1. Contact Zazzle’s support team.

    2. Include a clear photo and a brief description of the issue.

    3. Most claims are resolved quickly once the issue is verified.

    If the issue cannot be confirmed through photos, Zazzle may request the item be returned for inspection.


    🚚 Who Pays for Return Shipping?

    • Zazzle covers return shipping for damaged or defective items.

    • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    • Zazzle does not reimburse return shipping unless the item is confirmed defective.

    • 🔁 How to Request a Return

      All returns are handled directly through Zazzle:

      1. Log in to your Zazzle account.

      2. Visit the Returns & Order Resolution Center.

      3. Select the item you want to return.

      4. Choose your preferred resolution:

        • Replacement

        • Store credit

        • Refund

      5. Upload photos if the item is damaged or defective.

        Refunds

        Typically appear in your bank account within 5–7 business days.

        Zazzle Account Credit

        Usually appears within 1 business day and is valid for 1 year.

        Exchanges

        You’ll receive an email once your replacement has been initiated.

        Apparel Exchanges:

        • Dark apparel → may only be exchanged for another dark apparel style of equal or lesser value.

        • Light apparel → may only be exchanged for another light apparel style of equal or lesser value.

        • Non‑apparel → may only be exchanged for a similar non‑apparel item.

          We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
