Embroidered Products (Stitch Files)

Embroidered items may be returned within 30 days.

Refunds for stitch‑file conversion fees must be requested within 10 days of receiving your embroidered item.

If you uploaded a stitch file without ordering a product, you must request a refund within 10 days of the file being added to your Zazzle “My Images” library.

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Most claims are resolved quickly once the issue is verified.
If the issue cannot be confirmed through photos, Zazzle may request the item be returned for inspection.

Usually appears within 1 business day and is valid for 1 year.
Exchanges
You’ll receive an email once your replacement has been initiated.
Apparel Exchanges:

Dark apparel → may only be exchanged for another dark apparel style of equal or lesser value.

Light apparel → may only be exchanged for another light apparel style of equal or lesser value.

Non‑apparel → may only be exchanged for a similar non‑apparel item.
