All products in our shop are lovingly designed by us and professionally printed, fulfilled, and shipped by Zazzle. Because of this, all shipping timelines, carriers, and delivery processes follow Zazzle’s official Shipping Policy.

 

🌷 1. How Shipping Works

Every item is made to order. When you place an order, you’ll be redirected to Zazzle’s secure checkout, where you’ll choose your shipping speed and see your estimated delivery date.

Zazzle handles:

  • Production & printing

  • Packaging

  • Shipping & tracking

  • Delivery updates

Your order will arrive directly from a Zazzle production facility.


🌷 2. Production Time

Before your order ships, Zazzle needs time to create your custom item. Production time varies depending on the product type, but most items are made within:

  • 1–3 business days for standard products

  • 3–5 business days for specialty or personalized items

Production time is separate from shipping time.


🌷 3. Shipping Options

Zazzle offers several shipping speeds at checkout, including:

  • Standard Shipping – the most affordable option

  • Expedited Shipping – faster delivery

  • Express Shipping – the quickest option available

Available speeds may vary depending on your location and the product type.

Your exact delivery estimate will be shown during Zazzle checkout.

Once your order ships, Zazzle will email you a tracking number (when available). You can also track your order anytime through your Zazzle account.

Some international shipments may have limited tracking depending on the carrier.

Zazzle ships to many countries worldwide. International orders may experience:

  • Longer delivery times

  • Customs processing

  • Import duties or taxes (varies by country)

Any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Because Zazzle prints items at different facilities, your order may arrive in multiple packages. Each package will have its own tracking number if available.

Shipping rates are calculated directly by Zazzle at checkout based on:

  • The products in your order

  • The shipping speed you choose

All shipping fees are paid through Zazzle’s checkout, not Shopify.


🌷 8. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact Zazzle Customer Support through your Zazzle account.

Zazzle will investigate and help resolve the issue.


🌷 9. Incorrect Addresses

Please double‑check your shipping address during checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, Zazzle may not be able to reroute the package once it has shipped.
